- Undertake regular site inspections to assure that the property and grounds are well maintained.
- After a storm we can check that everything is secure, that the power is on and the grounds and buildings are in good repair. We will also check that there are no fallen trees that could cause personal injury or property damage.
- Supervise and or inspect work performed by contractors and service people employed on your behalf to ensure satisfactory workmanship (e.g. snow removal, garbage collection, repairs etc.).
- In BC it is very important that a vacant property be inspected on a regular basis or an Insurance claim could be denied. We can provide this necessary supervision.
- Looking for a tenant? We can locate and screen candidates for long term tenancy and collect and deposit rent as and when required.
